I had self-diagnosed the pain in my heel that I had when I finished my daily 3.5 mile walk as plantar fasciitis. After my walk I hobbled around the rest of the day in pain - but I love walking and didn't want to give it up. I also had terrible pain in my heel in the morning. I had read about MBT's and purchased a pair. My relief was immediate!

okay so these i had to think about, the pictures did not look good on websites, but when you have them on your feet they're absolute HEAT.
